1. Open the pdf with Preview or Adobe Reader
2. Edit->Select All
3. Copy!
4. TextEdit->Paste (in Windows, Notepad->Paste)
5. Save as a txt file (if it appears as RTF, use TextEdit Menu->Format->Make Plain Text)
